The diary of the Nazi Party's chief ideologist, Alfred Rosenberg (1893–1946), Reich Minister for the Occupied Eastern Territories and author of 'Der Mythus des 20. Jahrhunderts', long believed lost, rediscovered in 2013, and presented here in full English translation covering 1934–1944. Rosenberg, one of the key architects of Nazi racial doctrine, was hanged at Nuremberg. A significant primary source for understanding Nazi ideology and the deliberate policy decisions behind the Holocaust. Edited with extensive historical commentary by Jürgen Matthäus, Director of Applied Research at the USHMM Mandel Center, and Frank Bajohr, Director of the Center for Holocaust Studies at the IfZ Munich.
